LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Grande 'liked' a cryptic quote posted on Instagram in January, around the time of her separation from Dalton Gomez. The quote was from psychotherapist Terri Cole's account and it expressed the sentiment of not wanting to be in a relationship with someone that inspires fear. As the news of Grande's impending divorce was confirmed recently, her liking of several posts from Cole's Instagram account caught the attention of fans and the media. 

The 'Thank You, Next' singer liked several posts from the psychotherapist's Instagram account, including one which read, "Never again will I be in a relationship with someone I fear." It is not specified exactly when Grande liked the post, but it was shared around the same time as her separation from the real estate agent.

Fans expressed their concern for Grande and shared their thoughts by taking to the comments section of the post. One person wrote, "THEE QUEEN Ariana Grande herself liked this post. Something’s in suspicion," while another wrote, "Hey Ari, hope you are doing well." A third commented, "Ariana i love you I hope you doing well." "@arianagrande is dalton treating you okay?" asked a fourth, while a fifth wrote, "Ari whatever ur going thru isn’t gonna last, remember we love u, I love you."

Fans are speculating that the pair were in a potentially abusive or toxic relationship due to the quotes Grande liked on Instagram. Although it can't be said for certain if she was referencing her relationship with Gomez in liking these social media posts, she did like these quotes around the time when the duo allegedly split.

The 'Wicked' actor also liked Cole's posts about "self-abandonment in service of your relationship," emphasizing the importance of not neglecting oneself while in a partnership. Grande also engaged with posts discussing the significance of walking away from people and situations that jeopardize one's peace of mind and self-respect. She also liked content that emphasized the importance of communication as a "love language." The '7 Rings' singer liked another quote on Cole’s page that read, "Imagine how different the world would be if little girls were taught to set boundaries as often as they were taught to be polite."
