LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Russell Brand, a comedian and actor accused of serious rape and sexual assault by four women in an explosive media investigation was "hated" by the “brilliantly funny” and great late Sean Lock.
In a video that has resurfaced on the internet amid the allegations, the comedian "absolutely refuses" and has people nodding in agreement about remarks Sean has made.
What did Sean Lock 'fears' about Russell Brand?
In an interview from 2014, '8 Out of 10 Cats' British comedian and actor Sean Lock shared reasons for 'hating' Russell Brand.
“Probably, the reason I hate him so much is because I’m a dad and I’ve got this fear that one day my daughters will bring something like that home."
In the interview, Brand, as per Mirror, had released a non-fiction book titled 'Revolution' at the time.

Who has defended Russell Brand?
Amid the accusations of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse over the years by multiple women, Brand has also received support from top celebrities.
These included Elon Musk who said “I support Russell Brand. That man is not evil.” Besides that Tucker Carlson also rushed in Russell's defence saying, “Criticize the drug companies, question the war in Ukraine, and you can be pretty sure this is going to happen.”
Some of the other celebrities include Alex Jones, Andrew Tate, Tristan Tate, Laurence Fox, Michael Barrymore, Katie Hopkins, Piers Morgan and others.
Russell termed the accusations “a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks which are untrue.” Besides that he said his relationships were “always consensual."
