Venus Williams suffers wardrobe malfunction at Oscars 2022, but legend handles it in style!
During the chaotic 2022 Oscars presentation on Sunday, March 27, Venus Williams suffered a nip slip. The tennis star, who was dressed in a bespoke white, plunging Elie Saab gown, was seated alongside her sister Serena Williams when the wardrobe malfunction occurred. Fans on Twitter provided screenshots of Williams clutching her right arm over her chest, which was caught on video by ABC cameras.

Jane’ joke about Smith's wife Jada Pinkett Smith, who suffers from alopecia, an auto-immune illness that causes hair loss. Smith shouted "Keep my wife's name out of your f–king mouth" to Rock as he returned to his seat following the slap heard throughout the Dolby Theatre in LA.

As another Twitter user pointed out, “seems that #willsmith speech slapped #VenusWilliams boob right outta her dress 👗 #Oscars2022 #willsmith #theslappening” Venus Williams, who was dressed in Stuart Weitzman shoes and Tiffany & Co. jewelry, posted a snapshot of her ensemble to Instagram before her wardrobe malfunction at the awards presentation.
She wrote in her caption, “I’ve tried my best to prepare for every moment in life. I’ve trained my mind, body soul, and spirit to be prepared and ready for anything that comes my way. Until now…. Until now…I could have never dreamed or prepared to be at the @theacademy awards for a film that tells my FAMILY’S story.” “This is beyond my dream. What can I tell you? Keep dreaming. Keep working. Meanwhile, later that night, Smith was awarded the Academy Award for ‘Best Actor’ for his portrayal of Richard Williams in ‘King Richard,’ a biographical sports drama about Richard Williams, the father and coach of Venus and Serena Williams. The film was also nominated for an 'Academy Award for Best Picture'. After winning his first Oscar, Smith apologized to the Academy in a heartfelt statement on stage and compared him with Richard William adding, "love will make you do crazy things.”
