AUSTIN, TEXAS: Felix Legyel aka xQc who gained widespread recognition is embroiled in a series of heated updates concerning his ex-girlfriend Adept. The streamer boasts an impressive following of over 11.4 million on Twitch and several million across other platforms. 

There have been many recent developments regarding xQc and Adept's alleged relationship. Now, Henry Resilient, a former investigator and content creator has given his two cents regarding the controversy. Resilient has indicated that xQc is expected to encounter legal repercussions that could potentially result in jail. What did Resilient reveal? Why does xQc need to face consequences? What happened between Adept and xQc? 

Previously, Adept accused xQc of breaching court orders by making an appearance during his live stream, which revealed their marriage to the online community. Now, they are headed for a divorce. Subsequently, xQc refuted all the allegations, asserting that they were never married. Adept disclosed that she and xQc had been married for a duration of three years. 

'She filed an order of protection'

In his recent live streams, xQc openly discussed his marital status and the challenges faced with Adept. These claims have attracted many and become the headlines across social media platforms. Recently a noteworthy update has surfaced on the YouTube channel of Resilient. 

Resilient presented a legal document and discussed Adept's application for a protective order against xQc. He said, “Clear as day. This is a completely different court case. I would imagine she filed it yesterday, she’s the petitioner, and he’s the respondent. She filed an order of protection, a protective order application.” He also disclosed the next hearing date, “It was on the docket on the ninth, and they’ll have a Protective Order Hearing on June 21st.” 

The document provided explicit details about an upcoming hearing scheduled for June 21, 2023, where Adept has requested a protective order against xQc. The YouTuber stated that this situation could potentially lead to xQc being imprisoned and explained the implications of a protective order. Resilient affirmed that the order was likely to be granted, leaving xQc with limited options for challenging it.

According to Resilient, in such circumstances, protective orders are frequently utilized to cause difficulties or make someone's life more challenging. The YouTuber emphasized that xQc should anticipate additional restrictions being imposed on his life.



 

'What adept is doing?' 

After watching the content creator's viewpoint, Internet users flocked to the comments section. One fan wrote, "C'mon can someone who has some power in the justice system able to do anything about what adept is doing? How is this right? How is it allowed?" Another fan said, "Someone requests the Body Cam Footage of the cops showing up to kick her out when she was occupying his house #CodeBlueCam." Another user said, "Women truly live on easy mode in the US hoooly!" A fifth user said, "You can file for these over Harassment as well and Harassment can be classified as unwanted messages. So it's pretty common."
