The former Congresswoman from Hawaii shared a brief carousel post on her Instagram profile which is otherwise filled with clips of her interactions with various Fox News hosts on diverse political and trending topics.
In the first snap of the post, Gabbard can be seen with her fellow soldiers, smiling for the camera, dressed in the appropriate military attire.
The second snap captures the former Democrat running with the flag of the battalion in her hands as her fellow army men run alongside her.
The battalion seems to have released purple smoke in the next picture as Gabbard continued to run, with the rest of the battalion.
After completing the activity, Gabbard posed with the few members of her battalion as one of them held on to the purple flag.
She captioned her post, “Just wrapped up 4 days on duty with our Civil Affairs soldiers in the great outdoors of Oregon. I’m grateful for the privilege of serving alongside these great Americans!”
However, her post didn’t receive all the affection from her followers. They instead called out Gabbard for supporting war and questioned her credibility.
