Roberts shared a brief clip on her Instagram before hosting the morning show and ditched the black glasses that she usually dons.

Instead of donning glasses or going contact-free, she tried contacts for the first time. This slight change of approach helped her vision and her mindset.

Roberts said in the clip, “Wow, I can actually see things.” The ‘GMA’ star looked delighted and relieved to wear contacts as she held a script in her hand.

"I can see the type!" she added, appearing more confident and empowered than ever before.

Roberts excitedly concluded, “But I got contacts. I've got contacts!” as she blinked her eyes in quick succession.
