UPDATED MAY 24, 2019

President Donald Trump will be taking all of his children and their spouses to meet the British royal family when he will make his state visit to the United Kingdom which will take place next month.

Even though only one of the couples (Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner) hold official positions with the administration, all the adult children will be accompanying Trump. Sources shared with ABC News that POTUS and his family will be greeted by the royal family when they visit Europe in June. The trip has been centered around commemorating the 75th anniversary of D-Day.

The details of the three-day trip to the UK are in the process of being finalized but the Trump children could be meeting the royals. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Prince William and Kate Middleton are expected to be attending a banquet dinner which the Trump children are expected to attend, which will be hosted by Queen Elizabeth II on June 3, a White House official reported. It has also been reported that Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Parker will be meeting POTUS Trump for the first time ever as they have invited the Trumps to tea.

The insiders further added that the list may also include Ivanka, Jared, Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump, his wife Lara and Tiffany Trump. The only Trump child who wouldn't be attending is 13-year-old Barron Trump.

The White House released a statement saying, "President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump accepted the invitation from Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II to visit the United Kingdom from June 3 to 5, 2019. This state visit will reaffirm the steadfast and special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom."

A Buckingham Palace spokesman shared that they wouldn't comment on the traveling delegation as it was a White House matter. Last year in July, Trump and first lady Melania had tea with the Queen at Windsor Castle while on his last official visit. In the past, Queen Elizabeth II also hosted two other US presidents- George W. Bush and first lady Laura Bush in 2003 and then President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama in 2011.
