'You would know about patterns': Khloé Kardashian fans troll Tristan Thompson over CRYPTIC post
On Thursday, July 21, Tristan Thompson posted a photo of himself looking dapper in an intricate white linen suit and matching sneakers on his Instagram account. He was seen sitting on a patterned chair while posing for the camera. The background, which appeared to be a living room set, also featured a patterned curtain in the background.
The NBA player captioned the photo, “Patterns and details are everything.” The simple post landed Tristan in hot waters yet again as the fans of his ex-partner Khloé Kardashian brutally trolled the athlete for having shared a post that they saw as ironic in light of multiple cheating allegations he has been accused of.

While the NBA star was likely referring to the shapes from his outfit in the photograph, netizens were quick to call Thompson out for the “pattern” of cheating he’s displayed throughout the years while dating Khloé Kardashian.
One sarcastic comment read, “And some patterns are hard to break,” while another added, “You would know about patterns.” “You said it best. Patterns are everything,” a third person commented. And a fourth one wrote, “True THAT. Maybe Khloe should have paid more attention to your patterns.”
True, the former couple's four-year-old daughter, is their only child, and they are expecting another soon via surrogate.
This isn't the first time Thompson has been trolled in the aftermath of the announcement earlier this month that he and the 'Strong Looks Better Naked' author were expecting their second child via surrogate. Comedian Lil Rel Howery recently mentioned the Chicago Bulls player at the 2022 ESPYs for making headlines yet again.
The comedian, 42, pointed out during the show on Wednesday that snowboarder Chloe Kim has “two Kardashian names,” referencing Thompson’s ex Khloé Kardashian and her sister Kim Kardashian.
“Chloe Kim, I knew you would be successful because you have two Kardashian names in your name,” the 'Carmichael Show' alum told the snowboarder in the audience on Wednesday, July 20, referring to Khloé and sister Kim Kardashian. “Only advice, watch out for the Tristans, all I got to say. I said it! Y’all thinking it,” the comedian quipped.
While Thompson, 31, has made headlines for many cheating scandals over the years, he most recently fathered a baby boy with fitness trainer Maralee Nichols while dating Khloé. The news broke in December 2021, with the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' alum, 38, finding out with the rest of the world.
"I discover what Tristan is up to with the rest of the world. It would be a courtesy not to do it. But, even if you do it, are you going to give me a heads-up before the rest of the world? It's just another slap in the face. It's humiliating," the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' alum admitted in a June episode of 'The Kardashians'.
"Khloé is doing everything she can to stay positive, but this is a difficult time for her. She and Tristan embarked on this journey while still very much a couple and planning on a long-term future," a source told Us Weekly.
While Thompson has yet to publicly acknowledge that he and Khloé are expanding their family, he apologized to his ex when a paternity test confirmed he was the father of Theo in January.
