BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: It's not the first time the Tate brothers, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, have embroiled themselves in controversies. The duo can't stop making contentious remarks, even while being under house arrest.

Tristan recently became part of a Twitter conversation discussing his personal preferences regarding women and their beauty, where he made a comment referring to Hollywood star Zendaya as a "frog." Naturally, his remarks regarding Zendaya's appearance have sparked a spirited debate regarding societal beauty standards and the impact of such comments.

'This woman looks like a frog'

It all started with the tweet, "This image is a pretty good litmus test of your racism: Which one of these people do you think is more attractive?" where the user tried to compare the beauty of the two 'Euphoria' stars, Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney. Tristan replied, "Girl on the right," to the tweet. The thread continued when the first user wrote, "Tristan please be honest, "alpha males" should be able to say the truth." Then Tristan made the controversial comment, writing, "This is a particularly flattering photo, without makeup this woman looks like a frog. I find the girl on the right slightly more attractive." "I said the girl on the right anyway. Blonde hair and blue eyes is a winning combo," Tristan reiterated.

'You don't need to insult another woman'

Netizens actively remarked with their perspectives after Tristan made this comment about Zendaya. A user wrote, "are u aware that zendaya is like 15 years old in the photo on the right?" Another user wrote, "I thought you where trolling . But as usual you did you homework . Now I agree," while one wrote, "I think it's incredibly disingenuous/asinine to keep posting the best photos possible of Zendaya (calling people "racists" over their personal preferences of beauty) while using the worst photos possible of the girl on the right in the comparisons. The context of this entire." "You don’t need to insult another Woman to prove another Woman is attractive. Both are equally beautiful in my opinion!" wrote one who clearly wasn't happy with Tristan's claim of Zendaya looking like a "frog" without makeup.
