BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate recently took to Twitter to address the deeply concerning case of Andrew Malkinson, a British man wrongly imprisoned for 17 years based on false identification. Tate's emotions ran high as he reacted to the injustice faced by Malkinson, and he found it impossible not to draw a parallel to his own experiences, asserting that he, too, has endured a struggle for justice. Moreover, Tate made a firm declaration that justice won't be hindered and that those who wronged him and Malkinson would be held accountable.

Throughout various instances, Tate has left no room for uncertainty in expressing his beliefs and convictions concerning the issue of trafficking. The Talisman's recent opinion also sparked some debate, while his followers mostly sided with the viewpoints. 

'Nobody is talking about the alleged victim'

In his tweet, Tate drew attention to the widespread conversation surrounding the distressing case of a British man who had to go through a harrowing 17-year imprisonment. He highlighted a striking dissimilarity in the public discourse, where little consideration was given to the "alleged victim," urging for equal scrutiny and accountability. Tate boldly advocated for her to face a similar period of imprisonment as the man endured. Furthermore, he shared his struggle, disclosing that he had been facing legal proceedings since December 29, 2022. Tate's tweet read, "Everybody is talking about the British man who was falsely accused and lost 17 years of his life. Nobody is talking about the "alleged victim". Lock her up today, 17 years at least. I’ve been imprisoned since December 29th 2022. I will have justice."

Tate's comments regarding the case of the falsely accused British man sparked a debate among Twitter users. One user wrote, "Tristan slamming down some cold truth on the table," with another adding, "Evil women that lie about men should suffer the same treatment they tried to inflict on their innocent victims." "You’ll be free from all bogus charges. God is on your side," stated one of Tate's followers. "So, uh, did you get a trial date or file a countersuit?" replied a naysayer, questioning Tate's current legal status.
