BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate, the controversial social media influencer, recently utilized the platform X (formerly referred to as Twitter) to address the ongoing public outcry surrounding the victory of a white woman in Zimbabwe's Miss Universe competition.

Tristan has gained a reputation for expressing his opinions on various subjects as a means of engaging with his followers.

In a previous instance, his brother Andrew Tate had criticized the Miss San Francisco pageant for crowning a transgender model.

In a recent post on X, Tristan shared a screenshot of an article about the public outrage following the crowning of a white woman in Zimbabwe's Miss Universe pageant.

Addressing the issue, Tristan remarked that if the white woman was not permitted to hold the title of Miss Zimbabwe, then it would imply that every contestant from each country should conform to the ethnic native appearance.

The Miss Universe Zimbabwe competition recently made a comeback after a 22-year hiatus, and Brooke Bruk-Jackson was crowned as the representative of Zimbabwe in the event.

According to Essence, the 21-year-old Zimbabwean native and model received a variety of reactions on social media after her victory on Saturday, and some of them were rather disparaging.

Tristan wrote, "If she’s not allowed to be Miss Zimbabwe then every girl from every country should look like an ethnic native."

In response to Tristan's remarks regarding the outrage and his indirect suggestion that not every woman chosen to represent a country in the Miss Universe pageant needs to match the native appearance of that place, numerous users stepped forward to voice their opinions.
