BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate, the polarizing and outspoken social media influencer, recently made a statement on the platform 'X' (formerly known as Twitter), suggesting that men should cover all expenses on a date.

Tate's views have often sparked controversy. Some social media users have criticized his opinions on various issues for promoting negative stereotypes.

In addition to seeking feedback from his followers on this topic, Tate also asked for their input on his fashion sense.

Tristan Tate asserts men should pay all dating expenses

In a recent post on the platform 'X', Tate tweeted a message that strongly leaned towards traditional gender roles.

Tate's statement centered around conventional dating norms and how he believes a date should unfold. However, most of his followers did not agree with his views.

Tate firmly asserted, "Men should pay for every date always."



 

Trolls say Tristan Tate does not have 'good' mindset

In response to Tate's statement suggesting that men should take responsibility for covering all expenses on a date, numerous users stepped forward to share their perspectives.

One user wrote, "No. It should be both ways. Whoever asks who out on a date should pay. It should never be only one way. The mindset you have is not a good one."

Another user wrote, "Does that mean your brother is the man and your the women because he’s set you up for everything in your life? You’d be nothing without him."

A user stated, "It shows he is a gentleman when he takes the initiative. However, a woman should never expect this; she should be able to treat her man to surprises every now and then. She should also take care of her parents while out with them."

In a separate tweet, Tate asked his followers on the platform 'X' for their opinions on his fashion sense compared to other personalities.

Tate posed a question to his followers, "Who on this platform dresses better than I do?"
