Tristan Tate wants to use a year's worth of CCTV footage from their house to show 'nobody was harmed or kidnapped'

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Tristan Tate, known for his controversial persona similar to his brother Andrew Tate, did not shy away from expressing his opinions on Twitter. In a recent tweet, Tristan reacted to the news of Harry Garside's acquittal and asserted his desire for a "chance" to prove his innocence.

Both Tristan and Andrew Tate have been placed under house arrest since their release from a Romanian prison. The brothers faced arrest in December 2022 on charges related to human trafficking and sexual assault. Despite the legal challenges they face, Tristan remains active on social media, utilizing Twitter as a platform to convey his viewpoints and emotions.

'I’ll get my chance to show it to a judge'

Tristan's reaction stemmed from an article he came across online, which detailed the acquittal of Olympian boxer Harry Garside. The article highlighted that Harry was proven innocent of domestic abuse charges that were filed against him by his ex-girlfriend. The key factor in his acquittal was the presentation of video evidence that substantiated his innocence.

In response to this news, Tristan took to Twitter to express his thoughts on the matter. He drew a parallel between Harry Garside's case and his situation, where he and his brother Andrew Tate have been facing charges related to human trafficking and running a kidnapping gang from their residence. Tristan argued that, just like the video evidence that cleared Harry's name, a year's worth of comprehensive CCTV footage from their house, capturing all angles, should also serve as evidence in proving him and his brother innocent.

He emphasized that nobody was harmed or kidnapped, and everyone in the footage appeared to be content. He expressed confidence that he would have the "chance" to present this evidence and demonstrate their side of the story. Tristan wrote, "And if you’re accused of running a kidnapping gang from your house … a year of CCTV footage covering all angles showing that nobody was harmed or kidnapped should exonerate you. Everybody here has a smile on their face always. Soon I’ll get my chance to show it to a judge. 🙏🏽."
