Trey Songz denies ‘anal rape’ claims after $20M suit, victim dubs him 'savage rapist'
The legal troubles for Trey Songz don’t seem to be ending as more women come forward to accuse him of sexual assault. This time, the R&B crooner has been accused of anally raping a woman. The Jane Doe has reportedly sued the singer-songwriter for $20 million in a new lawsuit. The new blow comes for the singer weeks after a former University of Las Vegas basketball player Dylan Gonzalez came forward to accuse Trey of sexual assault.
According to TMZ, the 37-year-old singer is being sued by a woman who in her lawsuit claimed that she earlier was in a consensual sexual relationship with Trey before he allegedly anally raped her on March 24, 2016. The Jane Doe dubbed the ‘Can't Help but Wait’ hitmaker as “savage rapist”. The lawsuit stated that the singer invited her to a house party in LA where he called her upstairs for what she believed would be consensual sex. According to the publication, Trey’s rep reached out to them denying all the allegations.

Trey Songz is facing heat after he got sued for a whopping $20million over anal rape allegations. According to the suit, the plaintiff Jane Doe repeatedly shut down the defendant Trey Songz after he repeatedly asked for the ‘a**’. The lawsuit alleges, as reported by The Daily Beast, “After entering the bedroom, Trey Songz turned, almost immediately, into a savage rapist. Trey Songz threw Plaintiff Jane Doe to the ground, ripped Plaintiff Jane Doe’s pants off, pinned Plaintiff Jane Doe down face first and forced Defendant Trey Songz’ penis into Plaintiff’s anus without Plaintiff Jane Doe’s consent.”
The suit further reads, “Plaintiff Jane Doe screamed in pain and begged Defendant Trey Songs [sic] to stop. Plaintiff Jane Doe tried to fight Defendant Trey Songz off her but was overpowered by Defendant Trey Songz. Someone entered the room during the rape, and Plaintiff Jane Doe hoped the brutal anal rape might end. The individual quickly exited the room and the anal rape continued.” The Jane Doe reportedly escaped from the scene after she called an Uber but “the driver noticed that she was in “clear distress and rerouted Plaintiff Jane Doe to the nearest hospital.”
Trey Songz denies anal rape allegations
According to TMZ, a rep for Trey Songz denied all the latest allegations. “Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client”, said the rep adding, “It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.” The rep concluded, “The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
In 2017, Trey Songz was accused by Keke Palmer where she had alleged that the ‘Back Home’ hitmaker used "sexual intimidation" to make her appear in a music video. In August 2020, another woman identified as Aliza came forward alleging that the singer urinated on her without her consent during an otherwise consensual sexual encounter.
