Things were so bad between them that the 17-year-old teenager posted on Instagram in 2021, "My mom has never completely been in my life. Can you guys stop painting her out to be an amazing mom? Did your moms ask to see you on Mother’s Day [because] mine didn’t? I’m done keeping it a secret, reality shows.”
Moakler and Barker were married from 2004 to 2008, and share two children, Landon, 20, and Alabama. Even though the siblings are rarely seen in public with Moakler, their resemblance is undeniable, which netizens noticed. The picture was captioned, "Twin." However, fans were of the opinion that Alabama looked more like Moakler.
