Iconic singer Tony Bennett, famous for signature hits like ‘I Left My Heart In San Francisco’ and ‘The Way You Look Tonight’, recently revealed that he has been battling Alzheimer’s disease since 2016. The 94-year-old music legend is reportedly having cognitive issues, however, other areas of his brain are still functioning well.
The news was revealed in an elaborate article about Bennett published by AARP magazine. Bennett himself later tweeted the article, where he thanked his wife Susan Crow and his family for their unfailing support. “Life is a gift - even with Alzheimer’s. Who are Tony Bennett's children?
Bennett is a doting father of four and has been spotted time and again with his sons and daughters. Dae or Daegal Bennett was born in 1955 to Tony Bennett and Patricia Beech. He is the second child of the iconic singer and has an illustrious career as a music producer, audio engineer and drummer, apart from singing.
Growing up in close quarters with his legendary father, Dae has had a keen interest in music from an early age, opening his first professional studio called Hillside Sound in his 20s. From 2001 to 2011, he launched and managed Bennett Studios, before opting for a freelance career in music production and audio engineering.
Dae has earned 20 Grammy award nominations and has won seven. He also has one Emmy win to his name.
Joanna Bennett
Tony Benett’s first daughter and third child Joanna Bennett was born in 1970, during his marriage to Sandra Grant Bennett. Joanna is an actress and well-recognized stunt double. She has acted in hit films like ‘Powers’, ‘The Librarians’ and ‘Murderbot Productions’. Her career as a stunt double includes working for A-lister actresses in superhit franchises including Amber Heard in 'Aquaman' and Brie Larson in 'Avengers: Endgame'.

Born in 1974, Antonia Bennett is the youngest child of Tony Bennett with his second wife Sandra Grant Bennett, with whom he split in 2007. Antonia has followed her father’s footsteps, opting for a career in music. She pursued the study of alternative and jazz music at Berklee College of Music, later launching a career in the same genre. She has also had a successful stint as an actress, playing roles in movies like ‘Always Here for You’, ‘Changeling’ and ‘Dysfunctional Book Club’.
Antonia is married to her husband Ronen Helmann since 2013.
