Storm's future move was a hot topic among fans after a 90-day non-compete agreement meant she'd be a free agent by the end of March this year. She had previously uploaded a snapshot on Instagram teasing new “exclusive content” on social media.
Storm, who was born in Auckland, New Zealand, on October 19, 1995, moved to Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia with her mother when she was four. This was the time when her parents had separated. She discovered WWE on television while living on the Gold Coast, and developed an interest in wrestling.
The athlete made her WWE debut in the summer of 2017 by appearing in the Mae Young Classic. She proceeded to win the tournament the following year and also secured the NXT UK Women’s Title. Following a brief stint at NXT, Storm became a permanent fixture on WWE's main roster on July 9, 2021. On the Christmas eve episode of SmackDown, she challenged Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in an unsuccessful bid. Just days later, it emerged that Storm had left the franchise. There were reports that after appearing at a live event, the star flew home at her own expense, thereby leaving the WWE scrambling.
Toni Storm is yet to publicly address her departure, but it is believed that she was burned out. Besides, her booking during her feud with Charlotte Flair may have also factored in her decision to leave. The young diva is yet to return to the ring since she left the WWE. Her most recent match was on December 28 at a WWE live event in Washington.
It remains to be seen whether Storm's move to OnlyFans will affect her pro-wrestling prospects in the future. According to reports, the WWE does not allow its stars to have OnlyFans accounts. Storm is unlikely to return to WWE given that she reportedly requested to leave the business due to exhaustion, according to WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. The announcement was a surprise to the wrestling legend, but he explained that the frenetic environment of WWE had left her in need of a rest. A profile of the former NXT UK champion appeared on OnlyFans shortly after the photo, indicating that she will be joining the site on Saturday, March 19 at 12 pm EST.
Toni Storm announced her engagement to Juice Robinson on her Instagram page and is yet to be married. Her real name is Toni Rossall and she came out as bisexual to the wrestling world in 2021 during Pride Month.
