However, venue security quickly spotted the sign, confiscated it, and escorted the fan out of the venue. This incident comes on the heels of Sandoval's recent phone call with his alleged mistress, Raquel Leviss, during a flight to Pittsburgh. An eagle-eyed fellow passenger captured a photo of Sandoval speaking on the phone with Leviss, fueling speculation about their relationship.

Sandoval appeared on Howie Mandel Does Stuff's podcast, where he revealed that they were "kind of taking a break" and not putting any labels on their connection. He clarified that they remained good friends but denied any romantic involvement at the moment.
Sandoval opened up about his attraction to Leviss and the decline of his long-term relationship with Madix. He admitted that his relationship with Madix had become more like that of best friends or roommates. "We had been together for nine years, and obviously we had built a house and business together and everything. We were a brand. And like many relationships, it became more of a best friend/family/sometimes roommates situation," he explained.

In late April, Sandoval stated, "Raquel is in a mental facility...Whether she decides to tell you where that is after the fact — that’s where Raquel is. No visitors, no friends, no family, no phone, no nothing."
Following the revelations, Sandoval has faced significant backlash from fans and even his co-stars. Lala Kent shared the photo of Sandoval on Instagram, adding a snarky caption that read, "Look at this clown checking in on his main chick before he goes to get f**ked up and bang his side chicks.
