The delay ultimately led Madix to discover the information on her own while going through her ex-boyfriend's phone.
Uncertainty surrounded whether Sandavol, 39, and Leviss, 28, would reveal their secret to Madix, 37, on camera for 'Vanderpump Rules,' although the idea had been "ruminating for weeks." While the representative for Leviss did not respond to queries immediately, Sandoval's rep declined to comment. The new pair allegedly had a "full-on affair" behind Madix's back for several months and now "want to be together," exclusively revealed by Page Six on Friday.

How did Madix discover the affair?
A source close to Madix claimed that she was "blindsided by the cheating" because she and Sandavol had lately been "affectionate in public" and their relationship was doing well.
Madix revealed Leviss and Sandoval's alleged affair on Wednesday during an event where her ex-boyfriend Sandoval and his band 'Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras' were meant to perform. Witnesses saw the two sharing a kiss as well. Page Six later reported that, towards the end of the event, Madix discovered an obscene video of Leviss on Sandoval's phone.
Following that, Madix scrolled and discovered their history of "inappropriate" messages. "This has been going on for upwards of 6 months — all the while, Tom was sleeping next to Ariana in bed," according to a source who spoke to PEOPLE. "She was completely blindsided by this; devastated doesn't even scratch the surface of how she feels," the source claimed.
Although his spokeswoman insisted the reality star is still living in his home, Sandoval has since been seen loading his suitcases into a friend's car. The disgraced 'Bravo' actor canceled an interview that was set to take place on March 8 after the scandal surrounding his affair surfaced, according to an exclusive Page Six revelation on Saturday.

Although Sandavol declines requests for interviews, the negative feedback didn't stop him from taking the stage on Friday night with his band.
'Vanderpump Rules' stars Madix and Sandoval, experienced an awkward moment on Saturday as the actress frantically tried to avoid her "cheating" ex-partner at their Los Angeles residence. It appeared that the wayward band leader returned from a night of performance with stage makeup still smeared on his face, and the heartbroken lady was seen storming out of the house in such apparent haste that she apparently forgot to put her shoes on.

Madix, in a mismatched grey sweatsuit with her trousers tucked into her fuzzy socks, hurriedly threw her Ugg slippers and bags into the backseat of her white car before coming face to face with Sandoval. The 39-year-old reality star turned singer Sandoval appeared to be in much better form than his ex of nine years; he even smiled before hauling his luggage inside the Los Angeles home.
