In a recent Instagram post, Al Roker had a good workout before appearing on ‘Today’ morning show on Monday. He gave in a few steps on the treadmill in his office as he filmed himself working out. Even last weekend, Roker had been posting new pics and clips capturing his workout in the fresh air alongside his wife, Deborah Roberts.
