TikTok creator Yiddiez is on a mission to weed out those who pretend to be interested in bigger-bodied women. With almost half a million followers, this 24-year old, plus-size Black creator, calls out on people that are suspected of lying through a viral series called, 'Fat or Cap.'

Recently, TikTok creator Bradyn Shenberger shared his overflowing love for the plus-size mannequin at Target. In the clip, he was seen grazing at the plus-sized mannequin lovingly and captioned it for viewers to read as "built like the plus size target mannequin… please put it on me.”

Who is Nyome Nicholas-Williams, why did Instagram censor the Black plus-size model’s pictures?

Shenberger said that shortly after his TikTok went live, people "swamped" the comment section as they constantly tagged Yiddiez. Yiddiez's process of identifying those being honest and those faking it is quite logical. She analyzes their social media presence and following. When talking to Daily Dot, Shenberger said on the phone interview, "Fear sets in when any popular creator is going to do some sort of analysis on you." Three days after Shenberger posted the Target plus-sized mannequin in TikTok, Yiddiez featured him in her viral series 'Fat or Cap' and looking at the number of plus size women he follows, Yiddiez classified Shenberger as authentically being interested in bigger-bodied women

'Fat or Cap', what's that?

The TikTok series 'Fat or Cap' is formatted like a talk show but in the structure of a monologue. Featuring the charisma and confidence of a comedian who knows how to keep the audience engaged, Yiddiez, the New Jersey-based TikToker, typically starts her videos by walking into the frame as she sips on a Capri Sun. The green screen in her background shows the screen recording of her going through the social media handle of her current subject following the research to find out whether or not they follow a satisfactory percentage of bigger-bodied women. She goes, "Hello. Are you there? Are you watching? It is me, your host, Yiddiez. And you are watching the next episode of ‘Fat or Cap.’”

These assessments are not based on a formula or an exact science. But Yiddiez uses her platform to explain how men may fake being interested in plus-sized women for personal gain. Yiddiez got the idea for her show from another TikTok series called 'Fact or Cap'.

She says, "One day I was like, ‘What if I do something on guys that say that they like plus-size women?’ Because there was a time on TikTok where every other video was a guy saying how much they love plus-size women." Yiddiez added, "Sometimes in the cases when guys do like plus size women, it’s only like in the privacy of their own home.
