French model Thylane Blondeau shot to fame in 2007 when she was only six-years-old after being named the 'Most Beautiful Girl in the World'. Now, 11 years later, Thylane has managed to secure the title once again and came in the top of TC Candler's 2018 Annual Awards list.
The Awards started in 1990 and are believed to be the most 'diverse' beauty awards. This year's video which announced the winners garnered around two million views in just two days.
