Is 'This Is Us' Season 6 going on break again? Here's when Episode 7 will air
‘This Is Us’ Season 6 is slowly inching toward its conclusion and is finally returning on NBC after taking a break for two weeks. The ongoing season has already aired five episodes this season and will be broadcasting the sixth episode on Tuesday, February 22. But if you are one of those who thought that you’ll be treated with a new episode every week now, then we have some bad news for you.
Even though the sixth episode will premiere as per the schedule, fans would have to wait a little longer for the seventh episode to air on the network. The reason for the hiatus is simple and it’s called the ‘State of the Union’ address.

Yes, US President Joe Biden will be carrying forward the legacy of addressing Congress on the current condition of the nation. This will be Biden’s first ‘State of the Union’ address and is taking place one place later than usual. This is the first time since 1934 that a ‘State of the Union’ address is not taking place in either January or early February.
So fans, if you believe NBC is torturing you on purpose, then that’s not the case because this happens every year with the Presidential Address and the networks can’t really do anything about it.
However, the best thing coming out of this is that there will be “no more” delays after that and the show will have a new episode every week after the Presidential Address. That means there will be new episodes every week from March 8 until the series finale on May 24. Fans cannot wait to see how the story ends for everyone and will there be a happy ending or not.
The first five episodes have laid a strong foundation for what’s to come and it has been an emotional ride for everyone. But things are getting intense now because fans are set to get a glimpse of how Rebecca (Mandy Moore) moved on after Jack’s (Milo Ventimiglia) death and tried to have a happy life once again. However, it’s not that easy for her because of her children. We already saw what Kate did when Rebecca tried to go on a date and it seems, Kevin will also find it a little difficult to adjust to these new beginnings.
Let’s see what happens when ‘This Is Us’ returns for new episodes in March 2022.
