'This Is Us' Season 4 Episode 11: Randall's resistance is a wake-up call, will Beth drag him to therapy?

'This Is Us' rolled out another heartbreaking 'Big Three' special and Randall Pearson's (Sterling K Brown) grappling mental illness left a hole in many hearts. While he pretends everything is normal, the break-in and Rebecca's illness take a toll on his mind and the demons of his past come back to haunt him.
Throughout the episode, he grapples with his anxiety and towards the end, finally opens up about his mental woes to his brother, Kevin Pearson (Justin Hartley), saying, "I am not okay." Fans are pretty concerned about his well-being and can't stop wondering why he won't go for therapy. "Uh, yeah Randall, maybe Beth should drag your butt to therapy. Definitely long overdue," one fan said.
"Randall you have to save & take care of yourself first before you can take care of everyone. Only you can help your own self," one fan wrote and another said, "Fully sobbing at Randall breaking down on the phone to Kev... not a pretty sight at work. Love it when they do #thebigthree focussed episodes."
One concerned fan posted, "Lump in my throat, tears in my eyes, my heart ached for Randall from beginning to end when he finally reached his breaking point and reached out for help. I hope Randall ends up going to therapy. It would help him so much."

"Darnell opened up to Randall & shared his own mental illness & seeing therapy too. Running alone won't help," another one opined.
"Randall had to skip his grief therapy with Beth because of Kate. Randall has always put everyone’s needs before his own," one tweet read and another said, "I’m getting really frustrated with Randall refusing to go to therapy."
Many viewers recalled their struggle after watching the episode. One tweet read, "Dealing with Randall's anxiety and sorting through his grief in his dreams is all too relatable for some of us. My parents are in my dreams often and not always in a nonsensical scenario. I've also got a handle on any anxiety...most of the time," and another said, "#ThisIsUs gets me every time. Tonight's episode especially hit close to home. Like Randall, I walked in on someone robbing my house in the middle of the night. I was 18. The writers of @NBCThisisUs captured the aftermath so well. Such a powerful, brilliant and honest show."
"Town meeting adding more stress to Randall. I can relate w him severe anxiety stressful triggered panicked attack & slurred speech that you can't control," another viewer wrote.
As the next episode airs on Tuesday, January 28, the big question is: Will Beth drag Randall to therapy? Because someone definitely needs to!
