UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: In the latest episode of Season 25 of 'The Voice', contestant L Rodgers, who is a member of Team Reba McEntire, captivated the judges with her rendition of 'Up to the Mountain' by Patty Griffin.

In a pre-performance interview, Rodgers expressed her disbelief at making it to the top 12, a feat she never thought possible. To commemorate her journey on the show, Rodgers decided to get a tattoo featuring lyrics from one of her coach Reba's songs.

Soon after, the judges offered their feedback on Rodgers' performance. Dan + Shay member Dan complimented Rodgers on her appearance and vocal talent, saying, "You sound beautiful."

On the other hand, Reba McEntire praised the Baltimore singer for executing everything they had discussed during rehearsals. However, despite the judges' positive feedback, fans took to social media to express their disappointment with Rodgers' performance.

On X, a fan said, "Dang L Rodgers, Maddi and Bryan just dont sound good tonight. Tae was great but forgettable song."

Another fan wrote, "Ok so Tae and Madison sound the best so far tonight. Asher and Zoe were good but not great. L Rodgers and Maddi were okay. Bryan, just damn."

One user noted, "We actually had a debate in our house about L. Rodgers' performance. Good? Bad? Both at the same time?"

Another said, "I like her, but this was too forced and a bit pitchy."
