'The Voice' Season 21: Who is Chello? Fans console John Legend after Pennsylvanian singer chooses Camil Cabello

'The Voice' Season 21 saw all four panelists trying hard to pitch perfectly to the chosen contestants. However, it seems that Camila Cabello is winning most on the show. In the September 20 episode, Camila managed to get a Pennsylvanian singer Chello choose her team.

Chello came for the audition with his two best friends. And, they are the ones who thoroughly pushed the singer to continue practicing his passion. He sang 'Walk Me Home'. And, in the first few seconds, he got two chairs turned, Camila and John Legend. Well, it was a tough fight between the two judges to get Chello on their team. Well, it seems that Camila saying that she will 'get on her knees and ask to join him' swiped Chello into her team. Camila further praised the budding star saying that she sees the same thing in Chello that she sees in some of her favorite artists.

Who is Chello? 

Chello is a 22-year-old singer from Chester, Pennsylvania. He started his music career at the age of 15. However, to make a living Chello works as a customer service provider. The singer clearly stated in his audition round that he does not like his job and does it only to have some earnings. Well, the thing about his job that takes a toll on him is when customers start shouting and asking various questions. Chello knows that this is not something that he will be doing for a long time. Instead, he wants to become a writer, producer, and singer. Chello has a calm and composed personality. 

John and Camila had a tough fight for Chello. But, in the end, Camila managed to swipe Chello's precious voice in her bag. To this, one of the fans said, "CHELLO IS MY SECRET WEAPON ! - CAMILA CABELLO #THEVOICE #TEAMCAMILA". Well, others tried to console John for not getting Chello on his team. "Its ok John you'll be able to steal Chello soon!!@johnlegend #TheVoice," said a fan.

Moreover, seeing a great bond between Chello and his friends, fans said, "I really thought Chello and his 'besties' would end up being a wacky group -- he's giving 'I sing and dance by myself during remote work breaks' energy (not that there's anything wrong with that) -- kind of surprised any of them turned (he's good, but not GREAT) #TheVoice' 'The Voice' fans understand that it was obvious for the judges to appreciate someone with such a great voice. However, a few of the fans felt skeptical about Chello's voice. One said, "I don't know what to make of Chello -- I'm glad the judges appreciate him on #TheVoice BUT if he had tried out for AI, there's NO WAY the pre-audition PA's would've let him through to the judges #VoicePremiere." Undoubtedly, a lot of the fans love Chello. "Oof that guy Chello has a holy voice.. #thevoice," added a fan. 

'The Voice' Season 22 airs on Mondays and Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC and is available for streaming on Peacock.
