The two famed singers became pals back in 2004, and their friendship continues to date, which has inspired fans to label them a dynamic duo.

When 'The Voice' season 17 returned to our screens on Tuesday night, we witnessed John and Usher both have a heart to heart conversation where John shares how happy he is to have Usher help his team, and Usher reveal how grateful he is to be here.

John talked about how he spoke to Usher in 2004 regarding his then newly released album titled 'Confessions'. He shared how that album was one of the biggest albums in the world at that time.

He goes on to add that Usher has all the star qualities he wants his artistes to have and how happy he is to have him in the studio to help them be the best artistes they can be.

Usher added that it's really great to see John and he has always been his fan. He shared that he is equally happy to have John want him to come and help advice his team.
