MIAMI, FLORIDA: ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro has taken over Instagram and shared glimpses of her life, filled with concerts and parties. Navarro also hosted a dinner party with 40 people.
Now, Navarro is back in the gym and admitted to her fans and followers that she had fallen “way off the wagon” because of too much travel and partying. However, she is back on, despite her legs feeling like “overcooked pasta.”
As ‘The View’ host shared a selfie from the gym, fans couldn’t help but swoon over how “amazing” she looked as they motivated her to keep going.

On Instagram, Ana Navarro shared a selfie at the gym and wrote, “I’d fallen waaaay off the wagon. Like the wagon ran over me and just kept going, kind of falling off. Way too much travel and partying.”

She continued, “But I climbed back on today. Barely. My legs feel like overcooked pasta, right now. I’m gonna go lay down with my dog for a bit. That’s all. Oh, and I guess I should have started with ‘good morning, peeps!’”

As soon as ‘The View’ host Ana Navaro dropped her gym selfie with an honest admission of falling off the wagon, her fans rushed with praise and reassurance.
