'The View' host Ana Navarro glows after workout in makeup-free selfie, fans say 'you're an inspiration'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It is no secret that Ana Navarro likes to keep her social media updated. From Instagram to Twitter, and even Threads, Navarro is active everywhere, giving her fans a thorough glimpse into her life, as well as her political beliefs. Although Navarro’s Twitter might be packed with Ron DeSantis, her Instagram is a little different.
Along with some news about DeSantis, Navarro’s Instagram includes pictures of her dog, vacations, husband, updates, and now, Pilates too. ‘The View’ co-host shared a post-workout selfie and stunned her fans, who are inspired by Navarro’s dedication to her health and working out, despite the Miami heat.
‘I made it to Pilates’
This wouldn’t be Navarro’s first post-workout update from Miami, but this one is a little more candid as Navarro also talks about the heat and her feelings after the workout. This is something a lot of people can relate to, as compared to her previous update which was after a luxurious vacation in the Dominican Republic, while she sipped margaritas by the pool with her dog and husband. In the most recent post, Navarro took a selfie with the gym in the background as she wrote, “It’s like 100 degrees in Miami. Just leaving the house takes work. But I made it to Pilates. Can I guiltlessly go be a couch potato, now?” Navarro’s fans have rushed to the comment section to compliment ‘The View’ co-host.

Fans have flooded Navarro’s Instagram post with positive comments as some have been inspired by her after this candid selfie. One fan wrote, “You’re an inspiration. There is heat & then there is Miami humidity and heat,” and another said, “You are an inspiration! Chill and get some rest!!! You’re the best!!!” In fact, looks like Navarro has inspired some people to start Pilates too as one fan comments, “You look amazing and you’re inspiring me to start Pilates."
Some have also noticed Navarro’s no make-up look at the gym and commented, “Love you without makeup.” The compliments for Navarro continued to flow as fans wrote, “You look younger than springtime!🔥” and another said, “Looking great Ana! I appreciate you!” Navarro’s brief break from politics on social media has definitely made fans fall in love with her, while also appreciating her candidness in the process.
