'The View' host Ana Navarro delights fans with stunning peek into 'lush' Thanksgiving getaway
PANAMA CITY, PANAMA: ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro has flown from Florida to Panama for her Thanksgiving holidays after sharing an airport snap with her husband, Al Cardenas, only a day before she revealed her holiday destination.
However, Navarro has landed in Panama and decked her Instagram with updates for Thanksgiving.
During summer, Navarro traveled to Greece and Turkey, where she took her fans and followers along through sharing glimpses on social media, and this Thanksgiving holiday, she’s sharing a glimpse of Panama.
‘The View’ host is spending Thanksgiving with Mari Carmen Aponte, the United States Ambassador to Panama, who is a part of the “bad-ass Latina sisterhood,” as described by Navarro.
Ana Navarro shares glimpses into her Thanksgiving celebration
On Instagram, ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro shared videos of food being cooked, a selfie, and some snapshots of Panama, along with some details about her Thanksgiving holiday this year.
Navarro wrote, “Hello from beautiful Panama. Al & I are spending Thanksgiving with my friend, Maricarmen Aponte, the US Ambassador here.”

She shared a little about Aponte in her post, “Mari is one of the few Latina US Ambassadors. She was appointed US Ambassador to El Salvador under Obama. She did a great job there, was greatly respected. She was appointed to Panama by Biden. She’s part of the bad-ass Latina sisterhood. We celebrate each other. Support each other. Lift each other up and feel pride in each other’s accomplishments.”
Navarro added, “Mari is boricua 🇵🇷, which explains why our turkey today is “pavochón”, a word created by Spanish speakers for pavo 🦃 prepared to taste like roast lechón 🐖. 🤣🤣🤣”
“Panama is a lush country blessed with the most beautiful nature and biodiversity…oceans, mountains, forests. The Panamanian people are warm, embracing, and fun-loving. And they love a good party,” concluded Navarro in her Instagram post.
