'The View' host Alyssa Farah Griffin turns heads in pink outfit as she channels her inner Barbie, fans say 'you’re rocking it'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: One day before the big release, ‘The View’ welcomed Greta Gerwig to talk about all things Barbie. While everyone might be used to the usual blue and white colors of the sets, there is a temporary change in colors. ‘The View’ and the co-hosts are decked in pink in honor of ‘Barbie’ releasing and Gerwig being their newest guest.
In addition to this, co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin has also taken over Instagram to show off her outfit for the ‘Barbie’ segment of ‘The View.’ Fans can’t help but swoon over Griffin’s look as she poses all decked in pink.
Alyssa Farah Griffin embraces Barbie moment
On Thursday, July 20, Griffin took to Instagram to post a picture of herself on set. If anyone hasn’t watched this segment of ‘The View’ yet, Griffin’s picture is the biggest giveaway of what it’s all about. Griffin poses on her usual seat, holding a pink mug, instead of the standard blue mugs that are seen on ‘The View.’ Griffin also has her nails painted pink, as she wears pink lipstick and a black and pink top, truly ready for the ‘Barbie’ segment with Gerwig. In her Instagram caption, Griffin writes, “Fully embracing the Barbie moment. 💕”

‘You look beautiful’
Fans can’t help but swoon over Griffin’s latest look for Gerwig and ‘Barbie’ which is admittedly different from her usual, more formal outfits. One person comments, “You’re totally rocking it ! 💖💖✨” and another says, “You are the cutest! So enjoy your heart and perspective!!” One fan of Griffin also has a recommendation for Mattel as they comment, “Mattel should make a Barbie of you. Beautiful.”
Of course, fans can’t help but compliment Griffin’s overall performance on ‘The View’ as well, decked with pink hearts, as one writes, “You doing amazing at the table. 💕” However, the focus remains on Griffin, as well as ‘The View’s latest pink set, “Alyssa I really enjoy you on the show, you are so grateful & informative!! And I love the Pink set!!” Griffin’s pink out really shined through as one fan commented, “You look beautiful in that pink blouse.”
‘The View’ decks up
In addition to Griffin dressing up in pink, the sets of ‘The View’ have also changed for Gerwig and ‘Barbie.’ Everything on the sets is a shade of pink and purple, from the table to the entire background. In addition, the font of ‘The View’ on the front of the table has also been changed to the iconic ‘Barbie’ font. The producers of the talk show have really pulled every trick up their sleeve to make sure that Gerwig feels welcomed ahead of her biggest release, ‘Barbie.’
