NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Thursday night, September 5, ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro set out to raise awareness of pay inequality on social media, impressing her fans and several people on the internet.

Navarro also drew comparisons between how much a “Latina woman” and a “White man” make at work.

As ‘The View’ host posed in a shirt that said “Together we say ¡Págame!” which translates to “Pay me!” in Spanish, her fans couldn’t help but applaud Navarro for the same.

On Instagram, ‘The View’ host Ana Navarro posed in a shirt which amplified her message on the social media platform. Along with her picture, Navarro wrote, “¡Págame! ¡Páganos! In Spanish, that means, Pay me! Pay us!”

She continued, “We are raising awareness for the pay inequality. On average, a Latina makes $00.52 for every $1 a White man makes. And God knows it’s not because we don’t earn it or work just as hard, if not harder.”

Navarro also wrote, “Today, as I was about to go on TV, a woman told me she had seen the #nationallatinaequalpay campaign, and asked to speak to her boss about pay equity.”

‘The View’ host concluded her post by saying, “Yes, ladies. There’s a whole lot of us standing together for fair and equal pay.”

In response to Ana Navarro spreading awareness of the pay disparity that Latina women have to go through, her fans showered her with love and appreciation. One fan wrote, “Thank you for speaking up about this.”

“Woman you are fierce,” commented one fan, and another wrote, “Thank you for your voice, no one should receive less for the same job.”

One fan commented, “F******g A! We can always count on you to bring awareness,” and another also wrote, “Looking gorgeous, love the shirt!”

Aside from praising Navarro for bringing awareness, fans also swooned over her entire look as one fan wrote, “Looking amazing Ana,” and another commented, “Looking fabulous.”

The internet resonated with Navarro’s message in the comment section as one said, “Stronger together,” and another wrote, “That’s right! “¡Págame!”
