‘The View’ co-host Ana Navarro slammed for claiming Ron DeSantis is ‘about to choke’ in poetic tweet: 'Thank God you're not a rapper'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ana Navarro has been away from ‘The View’ for two days in a row but that doesn’t mean she isn’t active on social media. Navarro took a break for barely a day before she went back from tweeting about politics. She has begun with the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, who seems to be Navarro’s least favorite GOP leader.

DeSantis isn’t a new name when it comes to Navarro’s social media as she has attacked him before as well. This time, she chose to do it in the form of a short rhyme. The Internet is not too pleased by what she had to say. ‘The View’ co-host has faced severe political backlash in the last week.

‘Oh, what a joke’

As per New York Times, DeSantis “has faced tough questions and critical coverage lately from Fox News and other conservative outlets.” Navarro seems to have had a lot to say about this. ‘The View’ co-host tweeted, “Oh, what a joke. The awkward bloke, Who whines about “woke”, He’s about to choke. Mickey’s gonna have a rum & coke. 🤣 DeSantis Confronts a Murdoch Empire No Longer Quite So Supportive - The New York Times.” Navarro has once again made an attempt to drag DeSantis’ name through the mud on social media, and the internet hasn’t responded well to it.

‘Thank God you’re not a rapper’

People have called Navarro a ‘joke’ instead in rebuttal one person said, “Yes you are quite the joke. Everyone laughs at you, not with you,” while another wrote, “You talk a lot and don’t do nothing for this country. You’re the highly paid joke.” In addition to that, she has also been labeled a ‘fake’ as one tweet read, “If you want to see a total joke and a fake look in the mirror”

People are convinced that Navarro herself is no expert as they write, “Says the “Expert” of NOTHING.” Another user decided to go for a personal attack, hitting below the belt as they said, “The joke is your diet.” A person also commented on her verse, declaring, “Thank God you’re not a rapper…”
