LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The fans of 'Suite Life of Zack and Cody' reminded the show stars, the twin brothers Dylan and Cole Sprouse, of a reservation they made in an Italian restaurant 15 years ago on the show.

The twin brothers received a flood of messages from the fans reminding them that the reservation date, November 16, 2023, was finally here.

A fifteen-year-long reservation

In the episode 'When In Rome…' aired on January 23, 2009, the lead characters Zack Martin (Dylan) and Cody Martin (Cole) made dinner plans at a renowned restaurant in Rome run by Chef Gigi.

"I can squeeze you in at 7.30," the chef said. "Ah, perfect," Cody replied with a relieved sigh.

After a long pause, she added, "... on November 16, 2023." "But that's in 15 years," Cody said while Zack noted, "What if I don't feel like Italian that day?"

As the video became viral on social media, fans of the show took control of Cole's and Dylan's Instagram comment sections with hilarious comments and requests reminding them that they had a dinner appointment at Chef Gigi's at 7.30 pm.

"Hey Dylan! This is a reminder that your appointment at Chef Gigi's is set for tomorrow at 7:30 p.m., to confirm respond YES. To decline respond NO. Thank you," commented one fan under Dylan's latest IG post. Meanwhile, a comment on Cole's post read, "7:30 tonight!!! Don't forget!! Be there or be square!"

The actors were stunned by the bizarre yet funny requests from fans.

Dylan shared a picture of him resting his astonished face on his hand and comments like "It's been fifteen years," "Your table is ready," "Reservation time," etc.

Fans are disappointed with the actors for not paying tribute

Cole had already quashed the possibility of a reboot of the show during his appearance on 'The Drew Barrymore Show' in 2021. However, the fans at least wanted the twins to do a tribute video commemorating the childhood scene.

One user said, "I'm sorry they had well over enough time to plan something. This wasn't enough for me."

Another wrote, "They be should be there in less than an hour. It's too late for them to cancel that reservation. We waited for 15 years for this to happen."

A third user wrote, "Its 6:30 now and their dining time is 7:30. I can't wait to see that reservist face welcoming them back after 15 years . We were all invested."

"Lowkey sad they didn't recreate the scene or something like we will never get a day like this again," noted one user.

Another user had the same opinion, writing, "They could have and should have done something for this. Even just a 30 second skit."

"They had the chance to do something iconic," stated a user.

"They should've went to an Italian restaurant," said another disappointed user.
