After taking the planet by storm with season 1, fan-favorite reality TV competition series, 'The Masked Singer' is all set to return to our screens in barely a day for season 2.

Premiering on September 25th, Wednesday, 'The Masked Singer' season 2, will feature wackier costumes and harder clues and undoubtedly a whole lot of fun and laughter from Ken Jeong, the life of the party. He keeps his interesting guesses going alongside the pun police. Apart from Jeong, singer-songwriter Robin Thicke, television personality Jenny McCarthy and recording artist Nicole Scherzinger will return and take their place on the judging panel, trying to get as close as they can to figuring out who is under those masks.

This season is definitely a lot tougher than season 1, and the contestants are surely more famous. Nick Cannon revealed that all the 18 contestants collectively have amassed 42 Grammy nominations awards have done 140 films, had 35 number one hits, 21 platinum records, 22 broadway shows and two are TIME magazines most influential people. They have definitely stepped up the benchmark, and we can't wait to see who those celebrities are and if were any close to guessing them based on their clues.

After watching the previews from the network, here are three masked singers who we think will be fan favorites amongst the eight - Tree, Egg, Skeleton, Ladybug, Rottweiler, Thingamajig, Ice Cream, and Butterfly - masked singers who will appear in the two-hour premiere episode.

The Thingamajig

He is the singing and dancing Thingamajig, the tallest masked singer to ever appear on the series, with around 50,000 strands of hair covering his body. In fact, he has one of the wackiest costumes this season has to offer. Filled with swag, his weakness might be small spaces, but he sure will capture a big space in your heart.

The Skeleton

Far from being dead and made from bones and bling, and here to do his thing is none other than Skeleton. He might have a bone to pick with the other contestants, but he will also make you pick your brains into figuring out who he is. His moves will make you want to get up and dance yourself. Keeping you entertained from the start to end, the Skeleton will surely be a fan favorite.

The Ladybug

She might look nervous, but once she starts singing, she'll blow the roof off. Sparkly and filled with poise, the ladybug will make you fall in love with her. She will keep you on your toes trying to guess who she is but looks like the mystery will remain for quite some time.
