‘The King: Eternal Monarch’ actress Chun Jung Ha found dead at her home aged 52
South Korean actress Chun Jung Ha, known for her guest and support roles in Korean dramas, has died at the age of 52. Local media reports stated that she was found dead at her home. It has been said that she was suffering from low blood pressure. Also, her cause of death was presumed to be due to kidney failure caused by hypotension.
As per reports, Ha started her acting career in 1990 after earning a graduate degree from Hongik University in History Education. While working as a theater and stage artist, she appeared in several plays, including 'Youth Yechan', 'Rat', 'Japan', 'Gray', 'Wolf Grows Eyeballs First', and 'Happy Young Day'.
At the time of writing, no statement was made about her death by her family. However, some of her colleagues, including Oh Min Jeong, extended their condolences over her demise. Reports said that a funeral for her will be held on April 30 at 7:00 a.m. Korea Standard Time. She will be buried in Ilsan, Seoul.

Ha shifted her focus towards the small screen in 2006 when she appeared in ‘Coma’ while playing the character of Hye Young's (Bae So Yeon) mother. In addition, she was recently seen in popular Korean dramas like ‘Mouse Beyond Evil’, ‘Flower of Evil’, ‘More Than Friends’, and the second season of ‘Stranger’. She also worked in two episodes of the hit Korean drama, ‘The King: Eternal Monarch’, as the Yangsun Care Center manager.
