In the caption, Dwayne wrote, "Our 'BLACK ADAM' Tour has been electric, fun and emotional. People do cry and they hand me things - I was NOT surprised to be handed this beautiful little baby." He went on to share, "Her father caught my attention because he had tears in his eyes when he held her up high and gestured for me to hold her. I honestly thought he was holding a toy doll he wanted me to have as a gift."
"This beautiful, serene, present and trusting angel is Luciana," he introduced the baby. "One day, I bet she'll inspire all those around her. And whatever this moment meant for her emotional father - means it meant something special for me too."
Reacting to the video, one user wrote, "One of the greatest videos of all time," while another commented, "Wowww!!! THIS IS SOOO AWESOME BROTHA!" and a third commented, "I am a HUGE fan. But as dad I would never pass my newborn through hands of strangers. Like I cannot even fathom doing such a thing. Or even having my baby in that environment." A fourth user showed concern saying, "I get it, but that had to be terrifying not to mention dangerous for that baby. That dad has a lot of explaining to do when he gets home." "This is beautiful and also kind of sad how humans idolize other humans so fiercely when we are all simply humans who’ve had different life experiences. No human is a god," another user penned down. A sixth asked, "Why the hell are you passing a baby through all them strange hands???? Why is the baby even there??? So many questions" Another angry user wrote, "wtf why would someone send their baby off into the crowd like that!? crazy!" One user said, "I love this but aye.. don’t be passing your babys around like their some dolls. Also as a father this is annoying me.. but hold the head. That baby is wayyy to young to not be having someone supporting their head and neck."
Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and starring Dwayne Johnson, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, and Pierce Brosnan, 'Black Adam' is all set to premiere on October 21, 2022, in cinemas in the US. The movie was originally slated to debut on December 2021 but was later pushed to July 29, 2022, before WB and DC finally locked in a fall release. The spin-off and sequel to 2019's 'Shazam' see the 'Hercules' star play a superhero on par with the powers that the Man of steel has, but there's a stark difference when it comes to morality. Per WB, the official synopsis reads, "From New Line Cinema, Dwayne Johnson stars in the action-adventure “Black Adam.” The first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC Super Hero comes to the big screen under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra (“Jungle Cruise”). Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world."
