'The Circle' Season 4: As the Spice Girls depart, contestants are on lookout for another catfish
'The Circle', Netflix's social media competition show, has returned for a fourth season, with some unexpected celebs among the contestants. Emma Bunton and Melanie "Mel B" Brown (aka Baby Spice and Scary Spice) are special contestants this season, and they're living in a trendy, camera-filled condo during their time on the show.
Both of the legendary singers are huge fans of 'The Circle' and throughout their time on the show, they demonstrated their impressive social media and socializing skills. The Spice Girls left after portraying Jared, a 28-year-old children's novelist in the first few episodes, and had to keep their identities disguised for the sake of the prize money. The season's prize fund grows by $50K for the eventual winner (from $100K to $150K) if they successfully mislead the majority of the players (with the phony Jared going undetected). The pair made it to the end of their stay while keeping their identities hidden, and after episode 5, they left the show.

Netflix 'The Circle' Season 4: Shocking alert about Spice Girls surprises contestants
The beginning of the poll was shown at the end of episode 4, with two players voting correctly and four, choosing different profiles as the catfish. Finally, more people suspected Rachel of being the catfish, which made things easier for the Spice Girls. The Spice Girls met one of the competitors before exiting the show after having completed the task. Both Baby Spice and Scary Spice chose Alyssa, with whom they had previously flirted and whom they suspected of being a catfish. They couldn't leave the show without stirring the pot, no matter how loud and energetic their meeting with Alyssa was. Before they left, the ladies asked a serious question if there was another catfish in 'The Circle'.
People who voted for Rachel to be the catfish, on the other hand, are still suspicious. Yu Ling became concerned, wondering if she had ruined her relationship with Rachel by labeling her a catfish on the first day after their first conversation. The Spice Girls sent the contestants a farewell video message in which they are warned of another catfish. This made everyone suspicious and reevaluate who their genuine allies are and whom they can trust.
Since the Spice Girls hinted at another catfish right after meeting Alyssa, she becomes a target. Some contestants believe Alyssa is the other catfish that they need to be worried about. Alyssa goes out to her OG "throuple" group, which includes Yu Ling and Bru, in a bid to recover people's trust. Yu Ling likes her but is dubious since no one believes she is trustworthy. Alyssa informs the other two that the Spice Girls were startled that Rachel and Nathan (Alex Brizard) had zero trust in each other, even though they both joined the show at the same time.
Yu Ling informs Alyssa and Bru that Nathan may be up to something (either to win or to establish a successful relationship with Yu Ling). However, she wonders if he's being serious or just playing a game. Alyssa says that she can't believe Nathan has any game because he looked so young. In the group chat, Bru calls Nathan out on his nonsense. He claims that he plays the frat guy role far too often. Yu Ling acknowledges they were extremely flirtatious, and he gave out the same amount of energy that she was giving him and that felt almost too suave for her.
