'The Bachelorette' 2022: Tino Franco bags Rachel's first impression rose, fans say he'll 'end up being a tool'

There are plenty of reasons to be excited for Season 19 of 'The Bachelorette'. The main one is obviously the fact that we get not one, but two bachelorettes this season, fan favorites Gabby Windey and Rachel Reccia. And while everyone is excited for 'the most shocking season yet' there is sure to be some drama going on.

Apart from being Season 19, this season can also be christened as the Clayton bashing season, seeing that everyone seems to be coming for Clayton Echard's neck. While Gabby and Rachel joked about it early on, they weren't exactly fans of the contestants bringing him up time and again in conversations. However, one contestant, Tino Franco, seems to have taken a different approach that certainly paid off.

A contractor, Tino made a mark when he entered on a forklift. Rachel found herself gushing over him instantly, noting that he was her type. Things seemed to get better from there, seeing that when it came to his one-on-one time, he took Rachel to a flight of stairs, with the hope of changing her image around them, seeing that back in Clayton's season, Rachel broke down on a flight of stairs after Clayton broke up with her. Rachel, who had been vying for a kiss until then, locked lips with Toni and it came with a first impression rose as well. Toni was the first one of the night to grab a rose but fans weren't exactly on the same page as she was.

"I’m almost positive that Tino is gonna end up being a tool. We’ve all seen this movie #TheBachelorette #bachelorette" said a fan. "Unpopular opinion but I have an awful feeling Tino is going to hurt Rachel badly later this season #TheBachelorette" added another. "I do not trust Tino or like his face #TheBachelorette" noted a fan. "Tino is gonna be an issue for these two ladies (and also for me) #TheBachelorette" wrote a fan. "I’m usually rooting for the first impression rose recipient, but Tino is in it for the wrong reasons. #TheBachelorette" noted another.
