'The Bachelor' Season 26: Susie's romantic date with Clayton sparks jealousy among cast
Between all the romance and drama, it looks like Season 26 of 'The Bachelor' is finally inching towards its top four contestants. While a few remaining women left, it is safe to say that Clayton has a strong bond with nearly all of them, however, now comes the real test, to see who his heart really belongs to.
After Cassidy and more importantly Shanae were eliminated, there seems to be some semblance of peace. But just as everyone thought that it was going to be smooth sailing, the Mara-Sarah drama kicked into high gear, putting Clayton back in a similar situation where he was trying to put out fires yet again. Among all of this, Susie proved to be a breath of fresh air, as she invited him to a clock tower, to tell him that she was falling in love with him.

This move certainly seems to have worked in her favour, seeing that she managed to score a one-on-one date with Clayton. Her gesture that night was clearly not forgotten, seeing that Susie got quite the date, she spend the day with Clayton around town where she also indulged in a shopping spree. The whole date had her in shock and awe, as she couldn't seem to believe that it was true.
But Susie dream date proved to be everyone else nightmare, as she sauntered in, holding shopping bags. Gabby was particularly pressed about the whole thing, seeing that she stated this was her ideal date and was upset that someone else got to live out her fantasy.
The real salt in everyone's wounds came when a beautiful red gown was delivered to the hotel for Susie. The girls noted that red was Clayton's favourite colour and were not thrilled in the least to see Susie receive the gown. Tension in the group certainly seems to be growing and while everyone is amicable with each other for the most part, the question is -- how long is that going to last, as jealousy among the girls continues to grow.
