Rachel Beaver and her boyfriend, Jacob recently broke up but she has bigger worries up her sleeves. Rachel hinted that she might be pregnant after she missed her periods. Worried, she decided to talk to her sister, Malorie Beaver. Malorie asked Rachel if she had any idea who the father of the child could be. Rachel confessed that she wasn't sure as she had been with Jacob and Drew. She also revealed that they did not use protection and she regrets not using a birth control pill.

Rachel knew that the only way to find out the answer to her predicament would be a pregnancy test. Malorie suggested that it would be best to get the test done before their mother showed up in the house. Rachel agreed and was quick to take the test. Fortunately for her, the test came out negative.

While she was happy to find out that she was not pregnant, she knew that she had to get birth control pills. After meeting the doctor, Rachel revealed that she does not like taking the pills as there are times when she would forget to take them.

The doctor suggested another method that would require Rachel getting operated. However, she confessed that some amount of pain would be involved that would be similar to a contraction. Hearing this Rachel decided to back out of her decision to get the surgery and thought it would be best to just take the pills.

Talking to the camera, Rachel revealed that as much as she would like to take protection there are times when the guys feel that it questions their masculinity. She further revealed that during this time she does not feel like arguing with them and gives in. However, now she has understood that she needs to protect herself and has finally taken the decision of getting birth control pills.

'Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant' airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm ET on MTV.
