LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘9-1-1: Lone Star' actor Tyler Sanders’ cause of death has finally been revealed months after his death was announced in June. It has been said that the 18-year-old died because of the effects of fentanyl.

Citing the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner report, TMZ reported that the teenager’s death was ruled an accident. The publication stated that Sanders “had a history of drug use and police found a plastic straw and white powder in the room where he died.” Reports also said that on the night prior to his death, Sanders had messaged his friend about taking fentanyl. However, when his friend tried to contact him on call, he did not answer.

Harrison Wagner's death ruled 'accidental overdose' from lethal combination of Fentanyl and Alprazolam

The ‘Just Add Magic: Mystery City’ star died on June 16. He was found on his bed in his home in Los Angeles. At the time, his agent Pedro Tapia had reportedly said, “Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future. He comes from a wonderful family, and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time.”

Sanders’ cause of death has attracted people’s attention online, with one concerned fan tweeting, “We need to get this drug off the streets.” Another Twitter user said, “The fent is taking people out! My condolences 💐.” The third one wrote, “Today's drugs are much more potent than yesterday's drugs.  It's all very nasty…” The fourth one tweeted, “Fent has become the demise of America. It’s mixed with so many other drugs, especially coming across the southern border,  you just never know.”

The development in Sanders’ case came days after Harrison Wagner's cause of death was released. Jack and Kristina Wagner's son “died from fentanyl and alprazolam (the generic name for Xanax) intoxication,” NBC Connecticut reported, which also added that “his official manner of death was listed as an accident, with the location of his death marked as a parking lot.”

One December 1, Kristina shared an emotional post on Instagram while remembering her son. The 60-year-old actress wrote, “Sometimes I feel like a pinned butterfly. There’s no second chance. There’s no see-him-again. There’s no nothing. He’s not coming back. It’s final. But life goes on. How do I spend the rest of my own without Harrison in it? What does it mean to be “all right” after the death of your child, your blood? The pain will never go away. Today is Harrison’s birthdate. I had the privilege to know him for 27 incredible years.”

Kristina added, “Harrison was larger than life, but beneath his commanding presence was vulnerability and compassion. He understood his own defects and worked hard to turn them around, to strengthen his positive attributes. He was a good listener and stood up for others when they couldn’t speak for themselves. He is missed. Happy Birthday, Harrison. To all bereaved parents: May you find peace. Let’s stick around and see what’s in store for our extraordinary lives.”
