Another Seattle-area food bank wrote, "They've asked us not to share the number with you, but I can tell you the donation will provide thousands of pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables to our more than 400 food banks across Western Washington."
In Pittsburgh, a food bank added, "Her donation will ensure thousands of our neighbors have the food they need to thrive."
Additionally, the Santa Clara food bank in California noted she assisted them in feeding the 500,000 people they aid each month, noting that her generosity sparked a wave of donations from her followers, which led to a 43% increase.
