Tana Mongeau to launch 2nd OnlyFans 'Gone Wild' account after making $6M in a year on platform
Controversial social media sensation Tana Mongeau has announced that she is launching her second OnlyFans account, soon after making around $6 million in a year on the platform. She joined the content subscription service, infamous for its nudity, in May last year. Taking to Twitter on August 12, the 23-year-old wrote, “oh by the way I’m about to launch a second only fans I feel like this is right to say since I just made $6 million dollars it’s a subscription-based platform with a reality show style episode once a week… let’s just say if I ever have a sex tape this is where I’d put it…”
In a series of tweets, Mongeau went on to say: “all of the puking, swearing, drinking, dick sucking, and more… Think about a vlog but completely uncensored not to be confused with my main only fans/Tana Uncensored… will continue posting my nudes and nude videos and all of the crazy shit I post there always,” before telling the name of her second account, “Think of this as Netflix but Tana and Friends Gone Wild…. all for a small monthly fee! TANA GONE WILD COMING SOON!” The internet personality’s main OnlyFans account’s name is Tana Uncensored.

A person suggested to her by writing, “Make a platform that actually treats sex workers well and doesn't screw them over please!” The second one stated, “Why don't you.... make some YouTube videos again.”

This comes as OnlyFans launched a “safe for work” app on Apple and Google devices, called OFTV. The new app is all about no nude content from many of OnlyFans biggest stars. For its promotion, the company has tapped former porn star, Mia Khalifa. It also features actress Bella Thorne.
Tim Stokely, the chief executive officer of OnlyFans, told Bloomberg: "OFTV provides a super convenient way for fans to watch content from favorite creators. There’s no adult content on OFTV. Because it’s not being monetized and there’s no direct impact on creators’ earnings, we are able to be in the app store." He added, "People who have come on to OFTV to watch one video may go on to choose another. It’s a wider audience, and perhaps a slightly different audience." Besides, a press release from OnlyFans announcing OFTV noted, “Creators are able to share both short- and long-form video content for their fans to watch from the convenience of their phones, tablets, and smart TVs.”
But people didn't seem too happy with the new app. One Twitter user pointed out, “I just don’t get who they think their audience is going to be… everyone who’s on there now is there for adult content, like nobody’s going to go out of their way to watch non-adult content by adult content creators lol.”
“Wants to use sex workers for their bodies then push them to the side to seem ‘respectable’ smh,” another user added.
