Tamera Mowry drinks sister Tia's breast milk: "Best milk I've ever tried in my life"

Tia and Tamera Mowry are putting their twin power to use a bit differently this time. The 40-year-old former 'Sister, Sister' stars found a really quirky and unusual way to combat illness: breast milk, since it is said to have healing properties.
When Tamara recently reached out to her sister Tia about being sick, Tia offered her twin some breast milk, since she and husband Cory Hardrict welcomed daughter Cairo 9 months ago. The couple also shares a 7-year-old son, Cree, reports ET.
"Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing. She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk," Tia captioned a video of her twin with a silly filter. "P.S., she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin. Here’s what she had to say."
"Oh my gosh. Tia. This is amazing," Tamera gushed in the Instagram video clip. "Your breast milk is the best milk I've ever tried in my life. Oh my god." When Tia had just given birth to her 9-month-old daughter last year, sister Tamera had gushed over the baby girl on her show, 'The Talk'.
"You guys, she is absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. She was six pounds, four ounces. She is very petite. But she is so girly! Everything symmetrically is, like, perfect," she said. "They have a beautiful boy and now a beautiful girl, and I'm just so excited."
Tamera has had quite a hard time since the past few months, ever since her 18-year-old niece was killed in the Borderline Bar and Grill shooting in California in November 2018. "Alaina. God, we miss you. Yesterday you were supposed to come home. The questions of why consume my mind. But I must hold on to the fact that our Lord is sovereign," the TV star wrote in one of her tribute posts.
"The reality of you not being here hits stronger today. I miss your giggles, I miss your smile, I miss the way you would roll your eyes when you heard someone say something crazy. I miss the way you would so gracefully scoop up Ariah and Aden, and the way you took their hands and walked away to play. You had a heart pure with love and kindness. Oh, what this world needs more of now."
"I know I have a guardian angel with me now. But selfishly I want you here with me. Until we meet and sing again. Ironically, 6 years ago today the senseless shooting of #sandyhookelementary occurred. Praying for the families and individuals who have had to endure and survive senseless gun violence. The world moves on. We don’t," she concluded.
