An Australian woman who went on a bizarre rant about having to sit between "two OBESE siblings" during a flight responds to haters who called her to "square up" saying the only thing they are fighting is high cholesterol.

Sydney Watson, an Australian-American conservative political commentator, took to her Twitter account on October 10 to rant about how she had to sit on a three-hour flight between two plus-sized flyers. She tweeted, "I am currently - literally - WEDGED between two OBESE people on my flight," adding, "This is absolutely NOT acceptable or okay. If fat people want to be fat, fine. But it is something else entirely when I'm stuck between you, with your arm rolls on my body, for 3 hours."

The 29-year-old Sydney Watson shared a screenshot of a hate message she received, in which the hater referred to her as a "fat, ugly, disgusting f**k* and told her to "rot in hell." Another wrote on Instagram Stories and asked Watson to "square up." The post reads, "'You beat my a**. I leave you alone. I beat your a** you shut the f*** up and stop spewing your f*****g revolting, uneducated vitriol for once and all." The Australian woman clapped back and defended herself by replying, "Ma'am please. The only thing you're fighting is high cholesterol."

Another user wrote an abusive tweet that reads, "Words can not describe how much I wish you didn't have a platform to open your fat f*****g mouth ever again,. 'I can't wait for the day you become a gross fat mom and we can all post photos of your body and make fun if it for millions to see." Watson replied, "I enjoy that so much of the hate correspondence I've received lately has been mad at me for calling out fat people, but still uses "fat" as the insult of choice."

Watson announced to her 300,000 followers that she would create "merch" based on the fiasco, which she jokingly claimed had "squashed" the sanity out of her. She wrote, "Put together a few merch designs for this whole fats debacle. Some of them are so chaotic that I don't have any defense besides the fact that all the sanity got squished out of me and this is what you get."

She shared a photo of herself posing in a low-cut black dress with the caption, "Oh," and a message from a hater calling her fat.

The conservative political commentator doubled down on her idea that overweight passengers should be required to pay for an additional seat. Watson told Daily Mail Australia, "I don't think it's right ever to put a regular-sized person in a situation where they have their space encroached upon. For them (a regular-sized person) to be touched without their consent and in my case having to contort in really weird positions to fit in the situation." She added, "I don't think people really recognize or realize how bad it was because I wasn't able to get a full shot of how bad it was. But it was absurd."

In one of her Twitter posts, she tagged American Airlines and said, "@AmericanAir we need to talk." To the same, the airlines replied by talking about how they cater to all passengers without discrimination and said, "Our passengers come in all different sizes and shapes. We're sorry you were uncomfortable on your flight."
