NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Gigi Hadid has finally made her first public comment about Taylor Swift's romance with the NFL star Travis Kelce. The 28-year-old supermodel responded in Perez Hilton's Instagram post, which said that Hadid disagrees with how Swift is handling the romance with Kelce.

Denying the allegations, she wrote, "I'm a couple days late to this tag.. but didn't the press try this last week w Selena? Let it be.. we are all over the moon for our girl. Period."

Swift reportedly started dating the Kansas City Chiefs tight end in September. Kelce also attended her Eras Tour concert in Argentina, where both were spotted indulging in PDA.

Us Weekly first reported on November 9 that Hadid was unsupportive of Swift moving too fast with her new relationship. Hilton's IG post was based on this report.

"One of the reasons Gigi hasn't attended any of Travis' games is because she doesn't agree with the way Taylor has been acting with [him]," reported Us Weekly, quoting an insider source. "She feels like Taylor is doing too much, too soon," the source added.

Selena Gomez also faced similar allegations when a source told Page Six that "Selena thinks Taylor going to games and galavanting through New York immediately after just meeting Travis is something that is very unlike her. Historically, Taylor's always been super private about everything, and now with this [relationship], she's so open about it that it's just very odd for Selena."

However, it does not seem like any of Swift's friends, including Hadid and Gomez, are unhappy with her newfound love. In fact, all three, along with Sophie Turner and Brittany Mahomes, were spotted enjoying a girls' night out in New York City on November 4.

Fans are happy to get a statement from the pop star's friend, putting an end to all the false claims. Fans also praised Hadid for being a supportive friend.
