Who is Liana Wallace? 'Survivor' Season 41 star is family's youngest with 2 brothers
'Survivor' is the American version of the international 'Survivor' reality competition television franchise and is hosted by TV celebrity Jeff Probst. The places a group of strangers in an isolated location, where they must provide for themselves. The contestants compete in challenges including testing their physical and mental abilities, and endurance challenges for rewards and immunity from elimination. The contestants are progressively eliminated from the game as they are voted out by their fellow players. Eventually, only one remains, and is given the title of "Sole Survivor". He/she is then awarded a grand prize of a million USD!
Liana Wallace is a 20-year-old contestant recruited for Season 41 of 'Survivor'. Liana hails from Illinois and resides in Washington, DC. She is currently a college student at Georgetown. In her free time, she likes to indulge in dancing, running, and writing poetry. One of her greatest accomplishments and something that she is immensely proud of (in her opinion) is having been invited to perform the spoken word for Congressman John Lewis, during a fundraiser for a non-profit organization in her community.

Early life and education
Liana has always been trying to catch up to her two older brothers. So, she has always had to be kind of rough and tough to keep up with the boys. School and education have always been really important to her family. Wallace's parents worked really hard just to make sure that they could have the best education possible. Likewise, she too has always worked super hard to avoid disappointing her family. To get into Georgetown, Liana slogged all through high school instead of slacking.
"Having that voice in my head say, 'You can do this,' that’s gonna really be a driving force as I take on the game", she told Parade in an interview.
Career
Liana is currently studying at Georgetown University. When asked at an interview "Why do you believe you can win Survivor?", she said, "I believe I can be the final 'Survivor' because too often, women of color are overlooked and undervalued. Whether that's in my business classes dominated by white men who feel entitled to the space they take up or in future workplaces, it is women of color who have nurtured and cared for others throughout history. If there was ever a person who was strong enough mentally, physically and emotionally to take on a game full of odds — a woman of color, a woman like me and the women I come from would be the one to do it".
Personal life
Liana is the youngest of three and has two older brothers, both of whom she is very close to. Every once in a while, she takes to Instagram to post pictures of her siblings, showing that she is no doubt the beloved younger sister. There is no information about her dating life as of yet but we're hoping to know more as the show's new episodes drop. Stay tuned!
