Steve Buscemi's wife of 30 years, Jo Andres, passes away at 65
Actor Steve Buscemi's wife Jo Andres, to whom he had been married since 1987, has passed away at the age of 65. The two have shared a nearly perfect marriage of around 30 years, during which they had their son Lucian Buscemi, who is now 29-years-old. The 'Fargo' star who is also renowned for his works in 'The Sopranos' and 'Boardwalk Empire', has always been extremely appreciative about his wife.
Andres was multitalented and she boasted of many feathers in her hats which include filmmaking, choreography, and painting. She first became famous in the New York performance scene of the 1980s for her film/dance/light performances. Her performance was executed at some of the most renowned venues such as The Performing Garage, La Mama E.T.C., P.S. 122, St. Marks Danspace, and the Collective for Living Cinema. As a filmmaker, her 1996 award-winning film, 'Black Kites' had aired on PBS, RAI Italian TV, and was also screened in Sundance, Berlin, Toronto, London, and Human Rights Watch Film Festival.
