'We created an angel': Spencer Webb's girlfriend Kelly Kay announces pregnancy a month after his tragic death
Spencer Webb's partner Kelly Kay announced on her Instagram page that she is pregnant with the late athlete's first child on August 22. Kay, 29, broke the news to the world after the Oregon Ducks player died on July 13 from wounds sustained in a cliff-diving accident at the age of 22.
Kay shared a melancholy Instagram post with the caption, "We created an angel before heaven gained one. All you ever wanted was to be a father...I know you'll be the best one from up above. Can't believe I have to do it without you but knowing I'll have a piece of you keeps me going." A screenshot of chats between the two lovers and an ultrasound photograph were among the images that Kay shared in the post.

According to The Focus, Instagram and OnlyFans influencer Kelly Kay has collaborated with a number of celebrities. On July 11, 2022, two days before Webb tragically died suddenly, the couple made their relationship public on social media.
The Lane County Sheriff's Office issued a statement claiming that the football player slipped and struck his head at a lake in Oregon. Despite arriving immediately at the Triangle Lake location, the paramedics were unable to recover Webb. Investigators state that there is "no evidence of foul play" and that "his death appears to have been an accident."
Kay posted a homage to her late partner on Instagram on Thursday, July 14, 2022. She wrote beside a set of photos of the couple, "My best friend my twin flame the love of my life. I've never loved anything as much as I love you. You were my everything, you gave me purpose, you showed me what it's like to be cherished and valued and seen for me."
"We had so many big plans. I don't know where to go from here but I know you'll be watching over me keeping me strong. You always put everybody else before yourself and I'll try to hold the same kindness in my heart ❤️🔥," Kay concluded. "From this life to the next one baby I love you so much and I'll find you again 🕊🕸."
When word of the deceased athlete's death spread, tributes from his teammates and supporters flooded in. "So full of life in every moment of the day. Your smile and energy will be missed Spencer," coach of the Oregon Ducks Dan Lanning tweeted.
